Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own and support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, payroll, cash, fixed assets, and other significant transaction cycles.
• Analyze full P&L results, including budget-to-actual and prior-year variances.
• Partner with operational leaders to explain performance and support business decisions.
• Prepare financial schedules and supporting documentation for external auditors.
• Ensure accounting activity is accurate, timely, and compliant with U.S. GAAP.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ad hoc financial analysis.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen processes, controls, reconciliations, and workflows.
• Assist with tax reporting and financial-system reconciliations.
• Participate in projects across multiple businesses within the organization.
