Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong GAAP and financial reporting understanding.
• Experience with general ledger accounting and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and research and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain and analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Prepare schedules, documentation, and materials for external audits.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and accounting policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen accounting processes and internal controls.
• Partner with cross-functional departments to support operations, reporting, and decisions.
