Key duties include preparing and posting journal entries, assisting with month‑end close, reviewing transactions, bank reconciliations, audits, budgeting, and presenting financial results to management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and post journal entries in accordance with GAAP
• Assist with month-end close and general ledger reconciliations
• Review accounting transactions for accuracy and policy compliance
• Prepare financial reports, budget comparisons, and trend analyses
• Support annual audits and budgeting activities
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Verify and approve ACH and wire transfers through the bank portal
• Present financial results and insights to management
• Support additional accounting and finance projects as needed
