Job summary

Ledgent, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant for a 100% onsite role in California. The position can be temp-to-hire or full-time direct hire, interviewing and starting immediately.

Ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting, with CPA or CPA-track considered a plus, and has 5+ years of corporate accounting at Senior Accountant level, plus experience with GAAP, audit prep, and advanced Excel. NetSuite or similar ERP experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or CPA track a plus.
• 5+ years corporate accounting at Senior Accountant level.
• Month end close, bank reconciliations, cash forecasting, prepaids, account reconciliations.
• GAAP knowledge and audit prep.
• Advanced Excel; NetSuite or similar ERP.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end close processes.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and cash forecasting.
• Prepare and analyze prepaids.
• Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Support GAAP and audit preparation.
