Solomon Page is seeking a Senior Accountant for an onsite contract role in San Francisco, CA. The position supports general accounting operations, including month-end and quarter-end close, intercompany accounting, reconciliations, financial analysis, and corporate reporting.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of accounting experience, advanced Excel skills, and experience with Oracle Financials or Oracle Fusion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end and quarter-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting analysis.
• Own full-cycle intercompany accounting and reporting across multiple divisions while coordinating with internal and external business partners.
• Prepare quarterly and annual reporting and perform flux analysis for balance sheet and P&L accounts.
• Support SOX testing, audits, and annual tax package preparation.
• Contribute to accounting projects and provide coverage across other accounting functions as needed.

Job description

Our client, a global media company, is seeking a Senior Accountant for an onsite contract role in San Francisco, CA. This position will support general accounting operations, including month-end and quarter-end close, intercompany accounting, reconciliations, financial analysis, and corporate reporting. Candidates must have at least 4 years of related accounting experience, advanced Excel skills, and experience with Oracle Financials, Oracle Fusion, or a similar ERP system.

Role Overview

• Contract Duration: 6 months, possibility of extension or conversion based on business needs
• Pay Rate Range: $45-50/hr W2 (No C2C or 1099)
• Schedule: Onsite M-F 9AM to 6PM
