Description/About the Role

We are looking to hire a Senior Accountant on the Global Consolidations & Intercompany Team to work on a variety of projects and streamline processes.

You will become a subject matter expert in data governance, multiple entity structuring, foreign exchange matters, and the consolidation process via Hyperion Financial Management.

You will act as a cross-functional business partner to implement automation and create improvements to optimize the month-end close.

You should work well in a dynamic environment, be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, and prioritize and deliver on tasks at hand.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in clean up and governance of master data and change management across financial systems
• Perform monthly consolidation via HFM/Hyperion and ensure SOX compliance around consolidation
• Perform analysis on the effects of foreign exchange to the P&L and balance sheet
• Assist in implementation of a new application for master data governance
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute and drive multiple projects related to master data governance, consolidations, and foreign exchange matters
• Assist in entity mergers, dissolutions, and/or changes in the functional currency
• Assist in financial system integrations related to acquisitions

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of strong accounting experience
• CPA Certification
• Minimum of 2 years working in consolidations, master data governance or as an international accountant
• Experience with Oracle Cloud products (EDMCS, FCCS) will be highly regarded
• Experience in system implementation or upgrades
• Ability to work well in a dynamic environment, recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and ability to communicate key information and status to stakeholders
• Experience with Oracle R12 and Hyperion Financial Management
• Big 4 experience, consulting or audit experience with multinational engagements
• Excellent analytical skills (MS Excel)
