The role demands a solid accounting foundation, 4+ years of experience, and strong Excel skills, with exposure to SOX and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas and data analysis
• Experience with month-end and quarter-end close processes
• Account reconciliation and journal entry experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with strict deadlines
• Intercompany accounting and reporting
• ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion or SAP
• SOX compliance, audits support

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end and quarter-end close activities
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analyses
• Oversee intercompany accounting processes and reporting
• Support quarterly and annual corporate reporting requirements
• Perform balance sheet and P&L variance analysis
• Participate in SOX testing, audits, and compliance activities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business leaders
• Support special projects and process improvement initiatives
