Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Advanced skills in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Thorough understanding of GAAP and financial accounting principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Key duties involve preparing financial statements, performing account reconciliations, and assisting with audits and taxes. This role also ensures compliance with standards like GAAP, and improving financial processes.

Essential Functions

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Analyze financial data, including budgets, costs, and variances, to provide insights to management.
• Oversee the general ledger, perform account reconciliations, and verify bank statements.
• Support and manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
• Assist with internal and external audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures to improve efficiency and internal controls.
• Other job tasks and functions as assigned.

Qualifications:
