Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Advanced skills in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Thorough understanding of GAAP and financial accounting principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Analyze budgets, costs, and variances to provide insights to management.
• Oversee the general ledger and perform reconciliations; verify bank statements.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes; assist audits and taxes.
• Review and improve accounting systems and internal controls.
