Panhandle Oilfield Service Companies, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant for its Oklahoma City office.

This hands-on role supports a multi-state oilfield services business, with emphasis on reconciliations, close processes, and accurate financial records. You will prepare general ledger reconciliations, assist with month-end close, manage inventories and fixed assets, and coordinate with field offices.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, including reconciliations and general ledger work.
• Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare general ledger reconciliations and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end close, journal entries, accruals, and prepaid expenses.
• Reconcile and monitor inventory and maintain fixed asset records.
• Coordinate accounting information with field office administrators.
• Maintain accurate spreadsheets, supporting documentation, and manual accounting records.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other accounting duties as needed.
