This onsite role requires GAAP expertise, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You’ll reconcile ledgers, assist with audits, coordinate with tax advisors, and support cross‑functional accounting activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

• Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.

Responsibilities

This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys owning the close process, tackling complex financial reporting challenges, and contributing across multiple accounting functions in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for multiple entities.
• Record accruals and journal entries and assist with the month-end and year-end close processes.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate variances.
• Analyze financial information and provide meaningful insights to internal stakeholders.
• Support annual audit activities and coordinate documentation with external auditors.
• Partner with tax advisors by preparing financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Manage monthly material transfer activities.
• Calculate year-end depreciation, depletion, and amortization entries.
• Provide backup support across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll functions when needed.
• Contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, and operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate across accounting and finance teams to ensure seamless operations and business continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 3+ years of accounting or financial analyst experience.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Experience preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.
