This is a hands-on accounting position supporting a multi-state oilfield services business. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with detailed spreadsheets, manual accounting processes, reconciliations, and a variety of day-to-day responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare general ledger reconciliations and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end close, journal entries, accruals, and prepaid expenses.
• Reconcile and monitor inventory and maintain fixed asset records.
• Coordinate accounting information with field office administrators.
• Maintain accurate spreadsheets, supporting documentation, and manual accounting records.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other accounting duties as needed.
• Assist with daily reconciliations, posting, and banking.
