Panhandle Oilfield Service Companies, Inc. in Oklahoma City is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support a multi-state oilfield services business. The role involves hands-on accounting, reconciliations, and day-to-day financial duties in a small accounting team.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, strong Excel skills, and experience with Sage/MAS. Oilfield industry exposure is preferred.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of accounting experience, including reconciliations and general ledger work.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Oilfield services or related industry experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Prepare general ledger reconciliations and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end close, journal entries, accruals, and prepaid expenses.
• Reconcile and monitor inventory and maintain fixed asset records.
• Coordinate accounting information with field office administrators.
• Maintain accurate spreadsheets, supporting documentation, and manual accounting records.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other accounting duties as needed.
• Assist with daily reconciliations, posting, and banking.
