Job Details

• Client: Large Tech Organization
• Role: Temporary Senior Accountant
• Duration: 2+ Months with opportunity to extend
• Pay Rate: $47/hour (negotiable)
• Location: Fully Remote - must be able to work EST Hours

Job Description

• Support the full cycle general ledger monthly close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and flux analysis; review of prepaids, reconcile income statement accounts to ensure proper booking and recognition.
• Support the junior accountant by reviewing AP/AR processing for completion and accuracy.
• Assist in pulling items for due diligence as part of ongoing M&A work.
• Work collaboratively within the finance team and other departments to understand business processes and complete ad hoc projects as requested.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required. CPA designation a plus.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounting or Audit.
• Experience within a SaaS Organization (preferred).
• Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets required.
• Experience with NetSuite required.
• Experience with visualization tools like Preset or Tableau.
