Job summary

Responsibilities

• Reconciles & processes related-party transactions
• Maintains & reconciles General Ledger accounts
• Manages fixed asset acquisition/depreciation/record keeping
• Forecasts/controls cash flow to support the operation
• Assists with budget process & monthly variance analysis
• Processes reimbursement for employee expense reports
• Conducts the annual inventory-count related activity
• Performs the month-end closing on the books
• Prepares monthly Financial & Managerial report
• Provides material to auditors on quarterly & annual financial audit
• Works with CPA firm on quarterly & annual tax returns filing
• Maintains accounting files and records
• Picks Ad hoc tasks as assigned from management

Education, Knowledge, Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
• 3-5 years’ experience in accounting or related field required
• Microsoft Suite software required
• SAP ERP system experience preferred
• Bilingual in English/Mandarin preferred
