Job summary

Genesis Connected Solutions, located in Lawrenceville, GA, seeks a Senior Accountant to manage comprehensive accounting cycles, ensure accuracy, and support financial reporting. The role collaborates with management to drive cash flow controls and accurate monthly closes.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in accounting and 3–5 years of accounting experience; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP ERP is preferred. Bilingual English/Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• 3–5 years’ experience in accounting or related field required.
• Microsoft Suite software required.
• SAP ERP system experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for full A/R and collections cycle.
• Be responsible for full A/P and payments cycle.
• Reconciles & processes related-party transactions.
• Maintains & reconciles General Ledger accounts.
• Manages fixed asset acquisition/depreciation/record keeping.
• Forecasts/controls cash flow to support the operation.
• Assists with budget process & monthly variance analysis.
• Performs month-end closing on the books.
• Prepares monthly Financial & Managerial reports.
• Provides material to auditors on quarterly & annual financial audit.
• Works with CPA firm on quarterly & annual tax returns filing.
