Job summary

Job Details

• Financial Data and GL Analysis to ensure accurate coding.


• Experience in Full Cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.


• Experience in Project Accounting- Contracts, Job Costing, Progress Billing.


• Ensure accurate and timely reporting to management and external service providers.


• Review AP/AR Aging reports and support team to maintain healthy cash flow.


• Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.


• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and reviews. Responsible for PBC items and various audit deliverables.


• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the department. Streamline processes, foster efficiency, consistency, automation, system implementation.


• Commission Calculations.


• Sales & Use Tax Returns.


• Balance Sheet and Bank Reconciliations.


• Income Statement Variance Analysis.


• State Union Reporting and Monthly Payments.


• Various State Reporting (i.e. Qtrly BLS Multiple Worksite Report).


• Month End/Quarter End/Year End Journal Entries, Allocations, Fixed Assets Roll Forward, Prepaid Amortization.
