Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic Accountant to join our growing company. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate interested in growing their experience in finance and accounting and who wants to contribute to our company's financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our accounts payable and receivable, assisting with cost accounting, and improving processes. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the financial health and success of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of the accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments and collections.
• Accurately prepare bank deposits.
• Ensure compliance with standard procedures and policies to promote efficient operations.
• Participate in the development and implementation of financial procedures and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support the Controller in ensuring that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
• Collaborate with other departments to automate and streamline financial processes.
• Conduct regular ledger activities to ensure accuracy and consistency in entries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in corporate accounting is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge and experience in accounts payable and receivable.
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
