The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years of experience, and proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel. You will collaborate with the finance team and leadership to shape financial strategy and ensure compliance.

• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and perform backups when necessary.
• Manage all payroll aspects including processing and reporting.
• Conduct regular ledger procedures and support new accounting policies.
• Use QuickBooks and Excel to streamline accounting functions.
• Provide insight on cash flow, budgeting, investments, and policy matters.
• Collaborate with finance team and executives on financial strategy.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in the manufacturing industry. This is a permanent position, offering the chance to be part of an exciting, fast-paced environment where your contributions directly impact the company's success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. They will also be responsible for auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements, and calculating tax payments and returns.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting transactions and ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Prepare budget forecasts and manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
• Conduct detailed risk analyses to assess potential investments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or related field.
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to direct and supervise.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, and other financial management software.
• Experience with payroll processing and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and experience creating financial reports and conducting cost analyses.
