Job summary

S+H Search in Frisco, TX is seeking a Senior Accountant to support financial close, consolidations across multiple entities, and reporting. This role offers growth into a managerial seat with long-term upside.

Ideal candidates have strong multi-entity consolidations experience, US GAAP expertise, and the ability to partner with FP&A, operations, and leadership. Candidates with CPA preferred, 5+ years of accounting experience, and manufacturing or similar multi-entity environments are encouraged

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience with exposure to consolidations and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP; IFRS experience is a plus.
• Experience in multi-entity environments with intercompany accounting and consolidations.
• Public accounting and/or manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, intercompany eliminations, and related reporting.
• Manage complex accounting areas, including acquisitions, leases, debt, equity transactions, and technical accounting matters.
• Research accounting guidance and assist with accounting policies and reporting requirements.
• Partner with FP&A, operations, and business leaders to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Support audits, internal controls, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, intercompany eliminations, and related reporting.
