Job summary

CFS, Porterville, CA, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our well-established manufacturing and agriculture-facing finance team. You will gain broad accounting exposure beyond routine transactional work and play a visible role in financial reporting and month-end close.

You will work closely with accounting leadership to strengthen fixed assets and general ledger processes. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and have hands-on experience with GL accounting, journal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• Experience in accounting within manufacturing and/or agriculture environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and financial reporting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Manage fixed asset accounting and related reporting.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and reconciliations.
• Assist with financial reporting and account analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
