The ideal candidate will have a background in project accounting, inter-company, and knowledge of Microsoft Business Central. You will be responsible for the daily transaction processing, assisting with the month-end close process, ensuring the accuracy and GAAP compliance of the financial statements, supporting various financial projects, and assisting in the conversion to Microsoft Business Central ERP system. This position will report into the Midwest Manager and assist with the key responsibilities across all operating companies.Key Responsibilities:Accounts Payable and Receivable Processing: Review, prepare, and process daily invoices and cash receipts, including any applicable sales tax. Assist with preparing the weekly cash forecast and processing of the cash disbursements. Month-End Close: Lead the month-end close process, including preparing and reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.Project Accounting: Oversee project accounting activities.
