Job summary

Financial Additions, Inc. is seeking an experienced staff accountant for a hybrid position near Carrollton, Texas. You will prepare and post journal entries and maintain the general ledger, assist with external reporting and audits, and analyze variances.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in staff accounting, solid GAAP knowledge, and advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP). Experience with ERP or accounting software is required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in a staff-level accounting position with journal entries, GL, reconciliation and analysis duties.
• Thorough understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Strong Excel skills including PivotTables and lookup functions (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP).
• Experience with ERP or accounting software.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
