Sayva Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant for an anticipated opportunity in Orange County, CA. The role will support general ledger accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, audit preparation, and process improvement, partnering with accounting leadership and cross-functional teams.

The position will involve GAAP compliance, internal controls, and collaboration across the organization to deliver accurate financial records and timely reporting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• CPA or progress toward CPA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger.
• Experience preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
• ERP experience and advanced Excel skills.
• Audit support and internal controls experience preferred.
• Ability to collaborate across departments.

Responsabilidades

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Assist with financial statement preparation and management reporting.
• Analyze account activity and investigate fluctuations or discrepancies.
• Support external audits and prepare requested documentation.

• Assist with internal controls and SOX compliance, when applicable.
• Partner with finance and operational teams to resolve accounting matters.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting, and controls.
• Support special projects and ad hoc accounting initiatives as needed.

Sayva Solutions is beginning to connect with experienced Senior Accountants for an anticipated opportunity with an established organization in Orange County. We are currently working with the client to finalize the position’s scope, timing, and hiring needs and are proactively developing a pipeline of qualified candidates.

The anticipated position will support general ledger accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, audit preparation, and process improvement. This individual is expected to partner with accounting leadership and cross-functional teams to maintain accurate financial records, strengthen accounting processes, and support the organization’s reporting requirements.

Anticipated Salary Range:

$95,000–$120,000

Please note this range is an estimate. Actual compensation may vary based on the finalized scope of the position, qualifications, and experience.

Anticipated Responsibilities:

Anticipated Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Public accounting experience or experience with a publicly traded, large, or complex organization strongly preferred.
• CPA or progress toward CPA certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, general ledger accounting, and month-end close.
• Experience preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
• Audit support and internal controls experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience working within an ERP system.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate across an organization.
