Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate accounting experience.
• Solid GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, formulas).

Responsibilities

• Perform heavy reconciliation and accruals for accounts.
• Maintain general ledger and make adjusting entries.
• Own month, quarter, and year-end closes in US GAAP.
• Perform intercompany accounting for subsidiaries.
• Prepare financial statements and budgets for finance.
• Oversee Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable.
• Review P&L to resolve adjustments.
• Examine accounting records for accuracy.
• Assist with tax reporting and annual audits.

Primary duties of the role include, but are not limited to: account/general ledger reconciliation, month end close, accounting accruals, intercompany accounting for subsidiaries, financial statement preparation, and other tasks as assigned. Experience utilizing a large ERP system (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) is required, along with Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).

Responsibilities

• Perform heavy reconciliation and accruals for accounts
• Maintain general ledger, making adjusting and other journal entries
• Own the month, quarter, and year-end close process in compliance US GAAP
• Perform intercompany accounting for subsidiaries
• Prepare financial statements and budgets for finance
• Manage overview of Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
• Review of P&L accounts to resolve adjustment issues
• Examine accounting records for the entire department, checking for accuracy
• Tax reporting and assistance with annual audits

Required Skills
