Candidates must have a Bachelor's in Business, Accounting, or Finance, 3+ years in corporate accounting, GAAP proficiency, and hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance required.
• CPA or CPA track preferred.
• 3+ years of corporate accounting experience.
• Solid GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, formulas).

Responsibilities

• Perform heavy reconciliation and accruals for accounts.
• Maintain general ledger and make adjusting entries.
• Own month, quarter, and year-end closes in US GAAP.
• Perform intercompany accounting for subsidiaries.
• Prepare financial statements and budgets for finance.
• Oversee Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable.
• Review P&L to resolve adjustments.
• Examine accounting records for accuracy.
• Assist with tax reporting and annual audits.
