Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of accounting experience in a multi-entity environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and general ledger accounting.
• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop or similar ERP; project-based accounting a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close process for Triangle Sign & Service, LLC including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare and post recurring journal entries across payroll, fixed assets, prepaids, commissions, and intercompany allocations.
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules each period.
• Analyze variances and provide explanations for management reporting.
• Contribute to monthly financial reporting package for management review.
• Support monthly WIP accrual process through data exports and analysis.
• Assist with annual audit preparation by pulling schedules and documentation.
• Collaborate with related entity to standardize close processes and formats.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Triangle Sign & Service, LLC is a leading signage and facility services company operating as part of Persona Services Group — a growing, PE-backed multi-entity organization. We are building a high-performing, integrated accounting team and are looking for a Senior Accountant to join us in Baltimore.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You'll execute the month-end close for Triangle, work directly with the Assistant Controller, and collaborate with the Senior Accountant at our Persona Signs, LLC entity to standardize processes across the organization. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own the month-end close process for Triangle Sign & Service, LLC including journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Prepare and post recurring journal entries across payroll, fixed assets, prepaids, commissions, and intercompany allocations
• Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules each period
• Analyze variances and provide clear explanations to support management reporting
• Contribute to the monthly financial reporting package for management review
• Support the monthly WIP accrual process through timely data exports and analysis
• Assist with annual audit preparation by pulling supporting documentation and schedules
• Partner with the Sr. Accountant at our Persona Signs, LLC entity to standardize close processes and reconciliation formats across both entities

Requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2–4 years of accounting experience in a multi-entity, manufacturing, or construction environment preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and general ledger accounting
• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop or similar ERP; project-based accounting experience a plus
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and flag issues proactively
• Strong attention to detail and clear written communication skills
