Job summary

Triangle Sign & Service, LLC in Baltimore is seeking a Senior Accountant to own the month-end close and manage multi-entity accounting processes. You will collaborate with the Assistant Controller and coordinate with Persona Signs, LLC to standardize close practices across entities.

The role requires 2–4 years of accounting experience, a solid grasp of U.S. GAAP, and proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop or equivalent ERP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience in multi-entity environments preferred (manufacturing/construction).
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and general ledger accounting.
• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop or similar ERP systems; project-based accounting is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and flag issues proactively.
• Strong attention to detail and clear written communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close for Triangle Sign & Service, LLC including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare and post recurring journal entries across payroll, fixed assets, prepaids, commissions, and intercompany allocations.
• Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Analyze variances and provide explanations for management reporting.
• Contribute to the monthly financial reporting package for management review.
• Support the monthly WIP accrual process with data exports and analysis.
• Assist with annual audit preparation by pulling documentation and schedules.
• Partner with Sr. Accountant at Persona Signs to standardize close processes across entities.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Triangle Sign & Service, LLC is a leading signage and facility services company operating as part of Persona Services Group — a growing, PE-backed multi-entity organization. We are building a high-performing, integrated accounting team and are looking for a Senior Accountant to join us in Baltimore.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You'll execute the month-end close for Triangle, work directly with the Assistant Controller, and collaborate with the Senior Accountant at our Persona Signs, LLC entity to standardize processes across the organization. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own the month-end close process for Triangle Sign & Service, LLC including journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Prepare and post recurring journal entries across payroll, fixed assets, prepaids, commissions, and intercompany allocations

Requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2–4 years of accounting experience in a multi-entity, manufacturing, or construction environment preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and general ledger accounting
• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop or similar ERP; project-based accounting experience a plus
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and flag issues proactively
• Strong attention to detail and clear written communication skills
