This position involves managing financial operations across multiple divisions, ensuring accurate reporting, conducting financial analysis, and overseeing month-end processes using ERP systems like PeopleSoft and advanced Excel functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial operations for various divisions including imaging, insurance, and real estate.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting by consolidating external data.
• Conduct financial analysis to verify accuracy and report variances.
• Oversee the month-end close process, especially during the first two weeks.
• Utilize ERP systems and advanced Excel functions for financial management.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in accounting processes, including month-end, journal entries, general ledger, billing, and analytics.
• Experience in full cycle accounting.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, especially PeopleSoft.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Strong skills in financial statement preparation, reconciliation, and reporting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5-10 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Exceptional analytical skills, especially in billing and financial analysis.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
