Job Responsibilities

Use of general accounting principles and rules to create financial reports and analysis. Duties include all aspects of the Accounting function, such as control of accounts and records, recording transactions, analyzing financial data, preparing budgets, forecasts, financial statements, accounting schedules/reports, and auditing responsibilities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Preparation and entry of journal entries, including GAAP and statutory reporting entries. Prepares income and balance sheet statements, consolidated statements, and other accounting reports. Analyzes monthly financial reports. Maintains transactions in JDE by recording journal entries in accordance with GAAP and reconciling all balance sheet accounts. Ensures the accuracy of cash balances by reconciling bank statements. Completes quarterly and annual Statutory Financial Statements timely and accurately. Supports the annual audit process by preparing schedules for auditors.

Job Qualifications

Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business

Required Experience: 4-5 Years

Preferred License, Certification, Association: CPA
