Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Accountant - North America to join our Corporate Accounting Team. Responsibilities include managing month-end close, preparing intercompany reconciliations, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP. The role involves collaboration with auditors and senior management, requiring strong technical accounting skills and decision-making abilities. The position reports to the Director of Financial Reporting and Consolidations.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor monthly closing processes, prepare journal entries, and adjustments.
  • Prepare reconciliations, support financial reporting, and participate in management reviews.
  • Coordinate with auditors and maintain documentation for audits.
  • Research technical accounting issues and ensure compliance with GAAP.
  • Assist with ad hoc reports and projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in large accounting or consulting firms.
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
