Job summary

RRD is seeking an Account Manager to lead client service delivery across multiple offerings in a hybrid Columbus, OH environment. You will guide a client-focused team, optimize service delivery, and ensure adherence to SLAs while driving efficiency and growth opportunities.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a passion for continuous improvement, with expansive collaboration across teams and functions.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Over 5 years’ experience and a proven track record of being a leader and manager of people in a customer service environment.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver solutions that improve contract performance or client satisfaction.
• Excellent client service skills with a service-minded approach.
• Proven experience delivering multi-service solutions for clients.
• Two years of financial management experience; understanding of P&L decisions.
• Two years of people management experience including onboarding to offboarding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contracted operations to meet client needs and support employees.
• Develop a high-functioning client team and manage full lifecycle of reports.
• Communicate regularly with employees and hold team meetings to align with goals.
• Drive operational leadership to meet and exceed client expectations and KPIs.
• Implement standard operating procedures and use data for reporting and improvement.
• Manage staffing, workflow, and headcount justification based on volumes.
• Review monthly P&L, labor allocations, and invoice processing.
• Foster client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.
