Liquid Environmental Solutions Corporation is seeking an Account Maintenance Supervisor to oversee customer account setup, ongoing maintenance, and master data governance across the organization.

The role blends hands-on leadership with strategic data governance, ensuring onboarding, billing accuracy, and data integrity while partnering with Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Solutions, Operations, Compliance, IT, and Finance to enable timely processing of customer account requests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in account maintenance, customer onboarding, or related administrative functions.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems preferred.
• Ability to drive data quality and master data governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance oversight for Account Maintenance personnel.
• Prioritize daily workload to ensure timely account setup and maintenance.
• Monitor department productivity, quality, and service levels.
• Develop training materials and process documentation.
• Serve as escalation point for account setup and maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, IT, and Finance on system enhancements and data integrity.
