Need Pastel is looking for a Senior Project + Account Manager to own the day-to-day management of client relationships and keep complex creative projects moving from kickoff through delivery.
This is a true hybrid role. We need someone who is equally comfortable running a client call and running a project timeline.
We're looking for someone with real agency experience who understands the pace, pressure, and moving pieces that come with managing multiple clients and creative workstreams at once.
You should be sharp, extremely organized, quick on your feet, and great at retaining details. You remember what was discussed, catch things others miss, connect the dots across conversations, and don't need to be reminded repeatedly.
You also have great people skills. You're confident without being stiff, bring good energy to a room, and are someone clients and coworkers genuinely enjoy working with.
Most importantly, you don't need to be chased. You anticipate what's coming, follow up without being asked, document important details, and know where your accounts and projects stand.
You're the person who leaves a meeting already thinking about what happens next.
You remember the small detail a client mentioned two weeks ago—and understand why it matters today.
You take great notes and build systems because you know being organized isn't about relying on memory alone.
You can jump from a client conversation to an internal creative review to a production timeline without losing the thread.
You know when to say yes, when to push back, and when to check internally before promising something.
Clients trust you. Your internal team likes working with you. And leadership doesn't have to chase you for answers.
