Need Pastel is seeking a Senior Project + Account Manager to own day-to-day client relationships and keep complex creative projects moving from kickoff through delivery.

This true hybrid role requires someone who can run client calls and manage a project timeline, with real agency experience in a fast-paced environment. You should be sharp, extremely organized, and great at retaining details and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of agency experience in project or account management.
• Experience at a creative, advertising, marketing, social, experiential, or similar agency.
• Strong understanding of agency timelines, milestones, dependencies, approvals, scopes, and deliverables.
• Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail.
• Sharp, quick-thinking, and able to retain a lot of information across multiple accounts.
• Strong follow-through—you don't need repeated reminders.
• Naturally proactive and always thinking a few steps ahead.
• Confident, polished, and personable with clients.
• Able to turn vague client feedback into actionable direction for internal teams.
• Comfortable professionally pushing back on clients when necessary.
• Able to manage multiple projects without losing track of the details.
• Calm and solutions-oriented when priorities change.
• Comfortable holding people accountable.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Monday.com or similar project management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client accounts and projects from kickoff through completion.
• Build and own project timelines, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for clients.
• Lead client calls, project kickoffs, internal check-ins, and status meetings.
• Turn client conversations and feedback into clear internal action items.
• Keep track of decisions, requests, approvals, feedback, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate across creative, social, influencer, experiential, and production teams.
• Keep Monday.com accurate and up to date with owners, deadlines, next steps, and project status.
• Send clear meeting recaps and make sure every action item has an owner and deadline.
• Manage client expectations around timelines, feedback, approvals, and deliverables.
• Identify out-of-scope requests before additional work is promised.
• Follow up with internal teams and hold owners accountable.
• Flag risks, missing information, and potential delays before they become problems.
• Keep leadership informed of account health, project health, priorities, and blockers.
• Help improve agency processes and workflows as we grow.
