Job summary

Qualifications

• Marketing, Advertising, or advanced social science degree, preferably with a Hispanic consumer market specialization.
• 6-8 years of research, planning, and managerial experience.
• Experience as an account planner in an agency environment with strong processes.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (both verbal and written).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
• Experience with the U.S. Hispanic market preferred (familiar with primary/secondary data sources).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with strategy peers to deliver meaningful support for projects.
• Lead brand strategy development with agency leadership and clients.
• Develop a business plan for consumer insights and account planning.
• Create training opportunities for the account planning team.
• Oversee operations of assigned accounts and mentor teammates.
• Design primary consumer insight studies, including ethnographic aims.
• Develop market segmentation models for multicultural and total markets.
• Contribute insights for pitches and client presentations.
