Job summary

ZURU is seeking a Senior Account Manager to scale Gumi Yum confectionery across the US retail landscape, driving listings, broker strategy, and cross-functional collaboration from Minneapolis or Bentonville. You will own account strategy and work daily with the Global Commercial Team to accelerate distribution across grocery, club and specialty channels.

You will manage the US broker relationship, lead retailer pitches and optimize 4P trade execution, pricing and promotions to win shelf presence

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Sales in US confectionery or impulse FMCG.
• US grocery track record with listings, distribution growth and retailer relationships.
• Experience managing a broker or agency network to deliver distribution outcomes.
• Trade execution across pricing, promotion, display and the 4Ps; P&L understanding.
• Right to work in the US; based in or able to relocate to Minneapolis or Bentonville.

Responsibilities

• New distribution & listings – Secure listings across grocery, specialty and unattended channels; submit in full for every range review.
• Broker management – Lead US candy broker day-to-day; set priorities, targets and the framework to convert their network into distribution.
• Range review readiness – Own the P&L for key opportunities; prepare sell decks and pitch materials for every line review.
• Commercial & trade execution (4Ps) – Win feature, display and shelf presence through pricing and promotion.
• Account selling – Lead retailer pitches and negotiations to open new accounts.
• Cross-functional collaboration – Connect broker, merchandising, supply and internal teams to close distribution gaps quickly.
