Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management or related client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage national accounts and maintain client satisfaction.
• Be primary contact and ensure proactive communication.
• Understand clients' business and align J&L programs.
• Grow participation by enrolling dealerships into programs.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Create executive-level decks for QBRs and strategic reviews.
• Present performance and recommendations to client stakeholders.
• Travel 6–8 times per year.
