Job summary

Vetcove Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Manager to own relationships with our largest brand partners on the B2B accounts team. You will act as the main contact, analyze data, and drive campaigns that align with partner goals.

You’ll partner with data scientists to shape strategy, prepare compelling presentations, and lead reviews both virtually and on-site when required. This is a fully remote role within the United States, with equity and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7+ years of account management experience
• Experience creating client-facing reports and business reviews with actionable insights
• A talent for building concise, well-designed decks
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with campaign data
• Exceptional writing, speaking and presentation skills
• Experience gathering and documenting client requirements and communicating them to internal teams
• A highly organized, proactive approach and excellent process management
• A desire to learn and help define an emerging function at a fast-growing startup

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for your partners’ day-to-day communication and account oversight
• Leverage data to build strategic media plans and proposals
• Project manage strategy implementation and campaign execution so every requirement and deadline is met
• Generate and analyze campaign reporting, and turn it into clear insights and recommendations that improve performance
• Lead business reviews and strategic check-ins virtually and on-site, to show the value partners get from Vetcove
• Build clear, compelling presentations that show results and recommendations
• Set meeting agendas, send follow-ups with next steps, and keep internal and external stakeholders on track
• Onboard new partners, train new and existing stakeholders on best practices, and address gaps before they become problems
• Gather partner feedback and share it with our product team
• Build long-term relationships so partners see Vetcove as a key part of their strategy
