One of our companies is currently looking for a Paid Social & Programmatic Analyst in the United States.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-impact marketing team focused on reaching fans of live events through powerful digital advertising. As a Paid Social & Programmatic Analyst, you'll manage multi-million dollar performance campaigns across major platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google, helping drive significant user and revenue growth. You'll partner with creative and data science teams to design and test strategies, bringing bold ideas to life and validating them with data. If you're a detail-oriented, analytical thinker with a passion for marketing innovation, this role is for you.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google app networks
  • Monitor budgets and adjust bids to achieve ROAS and growth objectives
  • Conduct performance analysis and develop data-driven insights
  • Ideate, test, and implement creative campaign strategies, including artist- and team-specific initiatives
  • Design and execute A/B tests for targeting, messaging, creatives, and landing pages
  • Collaborate with the creative team to align assets with performance insights
  • Engage with advertising partners to explore new features and optimize platform usage


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in performance marketing
  • Proven success managing campaigns with 8-figure annual budgets
  • Expertise in Meta, TikTok, and demand-side platforms (DSPs)
  • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask effectively
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and BI tools such as Looker
  • Clear communicator, comfortable explaining complex strategies to varied audiences
  • DSP experience and familiarity with Google App campaigns are a plus
