Job summary

RXO CORPORATE SOLUTIONS leads in transportation solutions across North America and seeks a Lead Account Manager, Client Services to coordinate with site leadership and support home delivery services. The role focuses on monitoring deliveries, building efficient routes, managing contract carriers, and enhancing customer satisfaction through proactive problem solving.

Travel to multiple sites is required. Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in logistics, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and

Qualifications

• 4 years of logistics experience, including 1 year of inventory control and merchandise reconciliation experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) and other business applications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor home deliveries with contract carriers and analyze on-time performance.
• Cultivate relationships with contract carriers and helpers.
• Use route planning software to build efficient delivery routes.
• Dispatch contract carriers and resolve issues throughout the day.
• Assist Operations Manager with inventory, deliveries and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate pickup/delivery with contract carriers and set expectations.
• Coach dispatch and warehouse staff to meet customer expectations.
• Travel to multiple sites to ensure client expectations are met.
