Dobbs Equipment, LLC is looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager (SAM) to oversee the sales, rental, and leasing of John Deere equipment. This role focuses on developing partnerships with clients to grow market share effectively.

The ideal candidate will have extensive sales experience and a proven ability to cultivate strong customer loyalty through effective communication and relationship management. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required along with a valid Driver's License.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years related experience or equivalent education/training.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to effectively communicate with teammates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote entire product line distributed by Dobbs Equipment.
• Develop customer relationships to increase market share.
• Prospect and cold call to grow customer base.
