Job summary

Kemira is seeking a Sr. Account Manager, Industry NA to join the Water Solutions unit. This role targets growth across industrial accounts, managing a multi-million-dollar portfolio and strengthening direct and indirect customer relationships.

The position can be remote, with proximity to a major airport as a plus. Responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, delivering technical and commercial support, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service and sustained

Qualifications

• Proven success growing sales in industrial chemicals, water treatment, or a closely related technical B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth across assigned industrial accounts, identifying and closing new opportunities.
• Manage and expand a significant sales portfolio including approx. $25M+ annual revenue.
• Build direct customer relationships and develop indirect channels (distributors, resellers).
• Pursue new opportunities with hunting mindset while protecting existing business.
• Provide technical and commercial support by understanding customer needs and Kemira solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D, product management, supply chain, and customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reviews to customers and internal stakeholders.
