Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client services role in a healthcare communications agency with publications experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with colleagues and clients.
• Excellent project, organizational and financial management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple publications and projects to meet timelines and deliverables.
• Manage project finances including invoicing, budget tracking, and revenue reporting.
• Lead day-to-day client communications and build strong relationships.
• Oversee publication plans from concept to submission and publication.
• Support growth of the account through planning, delivery and identifying opportunities.
