The role requires 4+ years in healthcare/medical communications, strong project management, and ability to develop client relationships in a fast-paced agency setting. Hybrid/remote options and competitive salary are provided.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of client services experience in healthcare/medical education/advertising/communications agency or similar (from text).
• Strong project management and delivery skills.
• Relationship development and client handling/networking.
• Ability to mentor junior staff.
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Day-to-day client and account management; maintain strong client relationships and ensure objectives are met.
• Manage timelines, coordinate with Editorial and Studio teams for effective communication.
• Oversee budgets, revenue, and recovery targets.
• Identify and act on business development opportunities within existing accounts.
• Prepare reports and maintain status tracking; monitor projects against plans.
• Lead client/account meetings with editorial teams and cross-functional partners.
