Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Active licensing required.

Responsibilities

• Manage book of business ensuring performance and no liability.
• Deliver outstanding client service and quick responses.
• Lead the account team with ethics and positive attitude.
• Direct daily activities of Account Coordinators.
• Identify and act on sales opportunities to grow IOA.
• Oversee new business setup and data gathering.
• Manage renewals, verify data, coordinate with clients and carriers.
• Maintain client relationships and collect feedback.
• Advocate for clients and carriers for beneficial outcomes.
• Support professional development and uphold IOA values.
