You will lead client service, manage a book of business, oversee Account Coordinators, and drive renewal processes while pursuing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in the industry, active licenses, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in the industry.
• Active licenses required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, delegation, and decision-making abilities.
• High accuracy handling large work volumes.

Responsibilities

• Manage book of business and meet performance requirements.
• Provide outstanding client service and respond quickly to needs.
• Lead the account team and delegate tasks effectively.
• Direct daily activities of Account Coordinators and monitor execution.
• Identify and act on sales opportunities to grow IOA business.
• Oversee new business setup, data gathering, and client file creation.
• Manage renewals, verify data, and coordinate with clients and carriers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and seek improvements.
