Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking a Senior Account Manager – Employee Benefits. Remote work is available for CA, NV, and AZ residents with on-site support in Los Angeles, CA when required.

Responsibilities include client service, leadership of Account Coordinators, renewals, data management, and identifying sales opportunities to grow IOA business. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of industry experience, active licensing, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Active industry license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, delegation, and decision-making abilities.
• High accuracy in handling large volumes of work.

Responsibilities

• Manage book of business, meet performance requirements and ensure no liability.
• Deliver outstanding service, anticipate needs and respond quickly.
• Lead the account team with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Direct daily activities of Account Coordinators and monitor execution.
• Identify and act on sales opportunities to grow IOA business.
• Oversee new business setup, including data gathering and client file creation.
• Manage renewals, verify client data, liaise with clients and carriers, conduct meetings.
• Build and improve client relationships and seek feedback for improvements.
• Advocate for clients and carriers for beneficial outcomes.
• Identify value-added solutions and report client plan performance data.
