Remote work is available with possible on-site collaboration in the Los Angeles area, requiring strong communication and leadership.

You will oversee Account Coordinators, coordinate data management, liaise with carriers, and identify opportunities to grow IOA business while upholding IOA values and compliance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Active licensing required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, delegation, and decision-making skills.
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Client management: manage book of business and ensure service levels.
• Lead and support Account Coordinators and team productivity.
• Identify sales opportunities to grow IOA business.
• Oversee new business setup, renewals, and data management.
• Liaise with clients and carriers for renewals and meetings.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards.
