• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Client Management: Manage book of business and meet performance requirements.
• Client Service: Deliver outstanding service and respond quickly.
• Team Leadership: Lead the account team with a strong work ethic.
• Daily Activities: Direct daily activities of Account Coordinators and monitor execution.
• Business Growth: Identify and act on sales opportunities to grow IOA business.
• New Business Setup: Manage new business setup and data gathering.
• Renewal Process: Manage renewals, verify client data, liaise with clients and carriers, conduct meetings.
• Client Relationships: Build and improve client relationships and seek feedback.
• Intermediary Role: Advocate for clients and carriers for beneficial outcomes.
• Value-Added Solutions: Identify and implement value-added solutions for clients.
• Data Management: Compile, analyze, and report client plan performance data.
